BCBA Supervision at Symbiosis Pediatric Therapy clinics
Becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a challenging journey. It requires time, dedication, and commitment. Candidates must complete a Master’s degree, specialized coursework, and hours of supervised experience to pass the BCBA exam.
At Symbiosis Clinics, we support those passionate professionals who work with Neurodivergent children(including Autism). Our Lead BCBA and senior Behavior Consultants are ready to guide and support them every step of the way. We help them succeed as clinicians.
Syllabus and Hours
What Our Supervision Entails
We provide aspiring BCBAs with structured supervision that entail review/discussion of conducting different kinds of assessments; data collection, graphing and analysis; program development, implementation, and monitoring; training of Behavior Interventionists; communicating with the caregiver and other professionals; ethics and professional behavior.
Supervision hours may consist of:
- In-person and/or video conferencing sessions
- Review of articles and task list items
- Real and/or hypothetical case discussions
- Live observations/video review and feedback

Their job is typically to create plans to improve and change behavioral impediments. It’s common for them to work with patients with developmental disabilities, specifically autism spectrum disorder.
