Supporting our families during COVID-19 Pandemic

Offering Virtual therapy services via TeleHealth

To all our Symbiosis Families:

First of all, let us wish for excellent health for all families. As COVID-19 pandemic is presenting a never seen before challenges for us, our main concern is for the children and the families that we have been entrusted to care for. The services we provide are considered an “Essential” service, and we are following the recommendations of our Health authorities in BC.

Symbiosis is now offering virtual therapy services via Telehealth to our new and existing patients that need our support.

Our experienced professionals (Behavior Consultants, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists) will provide supervision, parent training services, as well as therapy sessions via Telehealth. Use of Telehealth allows reduced exposure to the child, family members as well as therapists by limiting the number of people during the session.

Our therapists will work with all our families to enhance and facilitate parent training along with the virtual intervention sessions to ensure continuity of care while we suspend our clinic-based and community-based therapy services. Please contact us at 778-395-8752 or shalini@symbiosispediatrictherapy if you have any questions and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

If we all come together during these next few months, this will pass rather quickly, and we can resume our normal state of excellent therapy services in our clinics as well as in the community.
Thank you for your trust in Symbiosis Pediatric Therapy!!

For New Families:

Our Clinics are still accepting new referrals and inquiries. However, we are not able to conduct complimentary clinic tours as all the clinics are temporarily closed.

Please contact us at 778-395-8752 or info@symbiosispediatrictherapy if you have any questions and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
